Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy
To provide you with a personalized experience and secure your spot in our schedule, a deposit of 65% of the service cost is required at the time of booking.
Payment details will be provided during the booking process.
Your appointment will be officially confirmed once the deposit has been received. If the payment is not completed, the time slot will remain available for other clients.
Please cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 12 hours in advance. In the event of late cancellations or no-shows, your deposit will be forfeited.
If you arrive 10 to 15 minutes late, your service may be adjusted. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled, and you will lose your deposit.
